UNCLAIMED ORDER POLICY

All items sold through the BC Nursing Program & Fundraiser are custom-made and all sales are final.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. Orders must be picked up within 180 days (6 Months) of the pickup notification date unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Due to limited storage space and the custom nature of these items, any order that remains unclaimed after 180 days will be considered abandoned. Central Custom Embroidery Designs reserves the right to dispose of, donate, or otherwise remove abandoned merchandise without refund, credit, or replacement.

No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be provided for abandoned orders. Some garments may be discontinued, changed, or become unavailable after extended periods of time.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

ALL scrubs are FINAL SALE.

All of our garments have custom logos designed for each class. Students are welcome to come in during working hours to try and ensure the size is correct before purchasing. We can also put in your order at the time you come in for try-ons.
